During the meditation, your only job is to allow yourself to relax -- you'll be led through an easy, progressive relaxation technique to release each of your body’s muscle groups one by one. This is followed with a guided visualization to help you connect with yourself on a deeper level.

Welcome! For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the power of the mind and the ways we can unlock our fullest potential. That curiosity led me to immerse myself in the study of transformation, and to empower others with the tools I discovered.
I discovered that true transformation doesn’t have to be hard. Meditation and hypnosis opened the door to lasting calm, confidence, and joy. That experience inspired me to share these practices with others.
Over a decade ago, I became a certified hypnotist and joined the National Guild of Hypnotists. Since then, I’ve expanded my training with certifications in NeuroLinguistic Programming and life coaching, and earned a Master’s in Metaphysics and a PhD in Conscious Business Ethics from the University of Sedona. My academic work explored how meditation builds resilience and how conscious‑centered living transforms the workplace, research that continues to guide the way I teach and support others today.
Credentials matter, but what truly sets my work apart is how I live what I teach. I use meditation and affirmations daily, and I work with individuals and groups to empower transformation on both conscious and subconscious levels. The results are consistent: individuals feel more focused, balanced, confident, and connected to their purpose. My approach is simple, practical, and sustainable.
