What to Expect
During the meditation, your only job is to allow yourself to relax -- you'll be led through an easy, progressive relaxation technique to release each of your body’s muscle groups one by one. This is followed with a guided visualization to help you connect with yourself on a deeper level.
What to Bring
Please dress comfortably and bring a mat to lay on. You may also want to bring a pillow and/or blanket. Some enjoy wearing a sleep/eye mask.
Welcome! I've been a long-time student of self improvement, and I am trained and certified in various self-improvement modalities including NLP, metaphysics and hypnosis. I prefer methods that are somewhat easy and straight forward. I discovered meditation and hypnosis over a decade ago as a client when I was experiencing my own 'bumps in the road'. It changed my life, and I enjoy helping other women change their lives for the better.
I wrote my thesis for a Master's degree in Metaphysics on the topic of resilience, and I'm currently working on my dissertation for a Ph.D.
